Important: Your credit/debit card details (card number, CVV, etc.) are never stored on our servers or seen by us. This information is transmitted directly to the secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems of our payment providers (PayTR, Stripe).

• Securely processing payments through PayTR and Stripe

• PayTR — processing of domestic (Turkish) card payments
• Stripe — processing of international card payments (Stripe account held by our business partner, Yusuf Levent Akşun, since Stripe is not directly available to individual merchants in Turkey)

• Our hosting provider — hosting the Site and its data
Except as stated above, your data is not shared with or sold to third parties, other than where required by law.
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the legally mandated retention periods (e.g., tax and commercial record-keeping requirements) under applicable law. If you request account deletion, data not subject to a legal retention obligation is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.
The Site uses essential cookies for session management (login state), remembering your language preference, and core site functionality. No third-party advertising/tracking cookies are currently used. You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings; however, this may affect certain Site functions (e.g., staying logged in).
